TERMS & CONDITIONS — SAVVY SELLER FBA

By purchasing the Savvy Seller FBA Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. 14-DAY REFUND POLICY



We want you to feel confident in your decision to join Savvy Seller FBA. If you determine that the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided that you have viewed less than 15% of the course content.



To qualify for a refund:


  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  • You must have viewed less than 15% of the Savvy Seller FBA course content.
  • Your course activity and progress will be reviewed to verify eligibility.

If you have viewed 15% or more of the course content, or if your request is submitted after the 14-day refund period, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by law. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and access to course material, resources, and private community will be immediately revoked.



After the 14-day refund period, all sales are final except where otherwise required by law.


This policy applies to course materials, digital downloads, mentorship, community access, templates, and other digital products or services included with your Savvy Seller FBA purchase.



2. PAYMENT DISPUTES



If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve it.


If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to revoke program/community access and provide relevant purchase and access records to the payment provider. Fraudulent or improper disputes may be pursued as permitted by law.


Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.



3. PROGRAM ACCESS



Savvy Seller FBA provides educational training related to Amazon FBA and building an Amazon-based business. Specific course, community, mentorship, and other benefits depend on the tier or package purchased.


Your purchase includes only the features and access described for your specific offer at the time of purchase.


We may reasonably update, improve, or reorganize program materials and delivery methods over time.



4. NO INCOME GUARANTEE



We do not guarantee income, profit, business success, financial improvement, or any other specific result.


Testimonials, examples, case studies, or income figures are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.


Results vary based on factors including effort, experience, implementation, resources, market conditions, and individual circumstances.


Savvy Seller FBA is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.



5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



All course videos, recordings, documents, templates, worksheets, downloads, and other program materials are protected intellectual property and are provided for your personal use only.


You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, share, or provide your account access or program materials to another person without written permission.


Unauthorized use or distribution may result in termination of access without refund and additional legal remedies where permitted.



6. PAYMENT PLANS



If you use a payment plan or Buy Now, Pay Later provider, you remain responsible for completing all required payments.


Stopping participation in Savvy Seller FBA does not cancel your payment obligation. Third-party payment providers may also impose their own terms and conditions.



7. COMMUNITY & MENTORSHIP



Where your Savvy Seller FBA purchase includes community or mentorship access, you agree to behave professionally and respectfully.


We reserve the right to remove participants for harassment, fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of materials, account sharing, or other material violations of these Terms.



8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS



Savvy Seller FBA may teach or use third-party platforms such as Amazon, payment processors, and other software or services.


We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, fees, algorithms, account approvals, or continued access.



9. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY



You are responsible for your own business, financial, and purchasing decisions. Business and income-generating activities involve risk, and you may spend money without earning a profit.


You should consult qualified professionals when appropriate for your individual circumstances.



10. AGREEMENT



You confirm that:


  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You understand the applicable no-refund policy.
  • You understand that results and income are not guaranteed.
  • You accept responsibility for your purchase and participation.
  • You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials.


By completing your purchase and accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to be bound by them.
